Good Afternoon,
I am once again chasing the final part of our contract agreement.
Jamie Simms sold us the contract, and offered us an ipad as a welcome gift. We have never received this, and our emails are now being ignored.
We also incurred a bill from BT for an outstanding balance, due to Smart coms not cancelling all parts of the BT contract when moving us over. A credit / refund was agred, but we have not received it.
